Talon is still completely overpowered, nerfs did nothing as expected

Can we give him real nerfs to his damage or mobility?

Why can a talon rush a tiamat and have enough damage to 100-0? While at the same time having a 0 mana cost map wide mobiliy?Just why? Lower his base damage so atleast he has to get a duskblade before 1 shotting.

riot is an indie company and up and coming, of course there will be growing pains as they adjust and get used to what they are doing
