even more opressive ,with more true dmg burst and less counterplay

more stuns /slows /heals /Q works on turrets ,less counterplay R and still exists after she dies .locking you there.

Every single piece of her kit has counterplay built in. It seems for me that the problem isn't the lack of counterplay, but that the counterplay isn't as one dimensional like for Darius: stay away from him.

Yes, I play Camille myself. That is actually the reason why I never lost a game when I was facing Camille at top lane. I know her counterplay and abuse it.

Passive: long cd, bait it out and trade with her when it is down Q: kite or cc her to deny the second true damage procc W: leave the outer half, no slow nor heal for her E: skillshot, stay away from walls and it is easy to dodge R: kite her inside, cc her, throw her out of the cage to cancel it or just straight up fight her, it doesn't provide meaningful damage for her, so there are many champions able to outduel her especially if you got an aggressive ult

She got alot of counters, too. Fiora Irelia Jax Poppy Kled Nasus Just some examples of champions doing really well against her.

Great comment, helps alot. I understand that people might think her ult lacks counterplay, since it is point and click and you can't escape the zone. Counterplay doesn't mean that you have to prevent the skill completely, though. It means mitigating the strength of a skill, too.

Camille is actually kitable inside of her ult, mitigating alot of damage she is able to deal while you are trapped in it. And the only one seeing himself trapped in it without his team nearby to help should be the top laner, many top laners have tools to deal with Camille.

Camille is a diver, many of them are able to delete squishies without any chance to fight back. Counterplay for divers as a squishy is actually staying in a team. The same applies to Camille. If you stay in a team and actually have proper positioning, it is protecting you against her pretty well.

About her E: I don't understand you. It is a skillshot. So every skillshot in this game lacks counterplay now? You can dodge it, so I don't understand the big deal with her E.

Her E has extrem range and projectile speed and hitbox, I have seen it miss less than 10% of the time on competent players unless flashed/dodged with mobility. You can kite in ulti? What a joke, the ulti is extremely small and she has a 90% slow (like she didnt have enough chasing/escape potential) so no, you cant kite her, you can only cocoon inside of your team and pray to god that they dont leave you alone for 2 seconds. Oh and yeah, give me 1 other diver who you CANT FUCKING FLASH FROM ?? That is the single thing immobile carries can do when dived by Jax/Irelia/Aatrox flash and try to kite, but good luck doing that vs that point and click R... Camille cant really go 1v5 or make some crazy plays, but her kit is completely and utterly toxic in the right hands, just wait for the LCS and you will see...

I think Camille is overtuned, but by no means Fiora 2.0. She's currently suffering from high numbers, which can easily be fixed. They should lower the damage output of Q2 and also tinker with a few of her cooldowns, but otherwise, mechanically, she can be manageable if her numbers were in line.

Thats what everyone thought at first. As it actually turns out fiora tries her little lunge stab and gets a face fucking with four times her own true damage output in retaliation.
