This is why you dont listen to boards when it comes to adcs, he has the lowest adc wr now, they gutted his W which is like 90% of his kit.

To see how heavily the nerfs affect him also, he was meta so there were a lot of non mains playing him because he was strong.

Meanwhile Zoe gets gutted for being at a flat 50 and ornn gets smacked with the bat for being at a massive 48.

And not necessarily so; the state of other ADCs has a general effect on any given ADC, especially Kog. Weak lane power = weak game power. For example, S2 Twitch had the ability to one shot teams faster than he could dream of even now. But he never got to that point unless the enemy really fucked up, so he was considered trash tier. Other ADCs have the biggest impact on the success of the ADC in question... this is the way balance should be looked at since it is the most practical.

The point is every game has an adc, so their winrate and impact in a game is only compared to other adcs that are on the OTHER team. Since one will be filling the role on the other team every time.
