I can kinda get the promo games because you go up a whole division and you can't demote that fast, but the series games are just unnecessary. You're on a winstreak to series for example and then you lose 2 and you don't climb, when you won the last 5/7 games hehe xd. I really don't see the point, especially when those games are mostly fucked up.

If you can comprehend this one m8... if there are no series, demoting on a loss/tilt streak wouldn't be that bad because guess what ? there are no series and it's easier to bounce back.

Okay but then you have people not getting nearly as much of the experience they need to learn and be good enough to actually deserve their rank once you get to higher elo. The series is a test to ensure what you learned at your current rank is good enough to be ready to move on. If you keep failing promo after promo for plat, chances are you aren't ready for plat.

Crimzyn1 votesSame reason why when you lose or on a lose streak you do not immediately drop out of your rank when u hit 0. You have a chance to win and stay in your rank. I know they are stressful and annoying but there is a reason!
