Ivern will fail hard
Don't get me wrong, I dig his silly theme and unique mechanics.
Point is - League has no place for supportive junglers. Jungle is home to champions with some of the strongest early game in LoL, like ever-popular Lee Sin. We have seen it over and over again. It is impossible to balance a champion that simultaneously needs to have high value while enabling his teammates AND has to be strong enough on their own to even think about surviving early aggression from ones like Lee Sin and Kha'zix. The moment a supporting jungler is changed to allow them slightest hope of not getting rekt by Lee Sin, or not getting half their jungle constantly taken by Shyv, they will either became overwhelming for supports(hi Naut), or for toplaners(hi Maki). Than, they will get nerfed to uselessness again.
It is sad, but the game can't host both supporting junglers, and Lee Sin.
