As long as you know how to play her, she's beyond busted and I have no idea how she wasn't gutted already. No champion should have that mobility with such high damage and respectable waveclear. It's completely ridiculous.

I find Kat to be on the strong side as well but she requires more risk than LB and has a worse laning phase. Don't get me wrong, a bad LB can still be useless but a good one makes her busted.
I'd be more OK with LB if she had higher ratios but worse base damage.

Scruberz1 votesHer lvl 2-6 damage is beyond retarded. She wouldn't be so bad if her base damage was lower b/c she falls off later on, but she is still on my perma-ban list because of her early game.
More often than not she comes out of the laning phase 3-0 or better, and usually gets first blood within the first 3-4 mins, or at the very least forces the mid laners summs.
