Zed ban ratio is HIGH despite his low win ratio

Zed is a champion who is annoying to play against due to the nature of his kit and who is a very popular champion.

Honestly, I expect him to approach perma-ban status (along with Yasuo) once each team has five bans just because people don't like dealing with them.

He's just unfun to play against. I personally never an him, except if our comp is protect the carry.

Sure, let's make him into a top/jungle AP tank because the only way people will ever ease up on putting the ban hammer down on Zed is if he loses his assassin role, given a new identity, a new name, and a new home.

Basically, enter Zed into a relocation program for his own protection against the player base.
