The Perfect Kled Build

I haven't tried it much but I'm rather partial to the Titanic Hydra Rush. I just feel like his biggest weakness in lane early is his wave clear and getting the on hit AOE helps with that a lot.

But he's not really that good in jungle because he can't gain Courage from jungle monsters and he'll be suffering a lot of damage in early (aka, losing Skaarl permanently until recall).

I try to go Attack Speed plus Tank: his passive is too good not to abuse.

So, I'd drop Maw for a Spirit Visage and either Bork or Razor for Titanic Hydra (both seems redundant to me).
