I came up with this idea while playing 
and had the sudden need to W toplane from botside. I think it would be quite hilarious to charge all the way across the map as Ali. Or become TRUE commander 
It would be as dumb and broken as URF, but by god it would be hilarious.

Hellpyre1 votesIt really doesn't seem like it would be fun in practice. If all AoE abilities were global, anyone without a continous AoE would be worthless. Otherwise, any skills that don't have travel time would be broken beyond belief for nuking anyone the second they were visible. It would just be a parade of unpleasant moments that most benefitted the team least committed to ever being on the map.

Skorch1 votesCorrection: He attacked almost EVERYTHING globally, and it couldnt miss. He also couldnt be fought back against.
He can no longer kill minions for free and autoaim on SEVERAL champions. So now he can miss, no longer hits EVERYTHING, and people can ALSO fight back against it.
