I hope there are more nerfs for it coming down the pipe.
If you think of its reflect damage as AD (although it's actually stronger than that against the champions you build it against) then it is 117.5% gold efficient before factoring in GW, that's way too powerful.

Spank the Fox1 votesI still don't why Thornmail (and to a lesser extent, Bramble) isn't an active already. It's low interaction, stat checking bullshit that feels OP when good or worthless when UP.
Quepha2 votesI do think that at least bramble needs a redesign. Thornmail being up all the time isn't a huge deal because it's late game so focusing different targets is a reasonable option, but rushing bramble vest in the early game right now simply means that player interaction becomes impossible.
