Ezreal W should slow attack speed again

you need to understand how garbage this champ is back in 2012, his W was a problem because : it removed 30% of your hp in lane, it was undodgeable because it was bugged and the width was too huge, and it slowed attack speed

you nerfed all those 3 things in 2 patchs

V1.0.0.146 Essence Flux Base damage reduced to 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 from 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280. AP ratio increased to 80% AP from 60% AP. Missile width reduced to 80 from 120.

V1.0.0.150 Essence Flux No longer reduces enemy champion attack speed.

his W is so bad now, so so so bad, it feels like ezreal has 4 spells instead of 5 he's an ADC yet his utility spell is tied to allies instead of enemies WHICH IS NOT FINE because it makes him weaker in 1v1 without allies

it should slow attack speed again for multiple reasons: -make his W a real spell again -make him stronger in 1v1 instead of relying on allies -give him a real niche where he counters AA based champions like jax and vayne

i don't think making this will increase his win rate from 43% to 56%
