He has to stack AP though if he goes that build. Its not guaranteed. It's like saying ''Man, Rengar doesn't have many lethality items only his passive and he still dealt a lot of dmg!''

Veigar is strong right now but in his defense his kit kinda relies on having some ap farmed with passive to work. Veigar with the same amount of AP as another midlaner is slightly weaker. But maybe the amount he stacks is a bit too much.

to be fair the man had 20 kill participation, which gives him 100 AP by itself. that's probably a little busted, but he's also easily squished in combat. He is small, like grape. Crush easily with thighs. "Russian intensifies"

You forgot the void staff, Needlessly large, the 100 AP from K/A, he has 245 farm, 60-70% of that is from Q if he is good, so another 140 ap. And then how much he stacked from hitting champions. So yes its fair. Stop cherry picking shit Rubick jesus christ this was why you got banned in the first place.

If there were a lot of teamfights, and if Veigar was actually roaming, it's not a surprise that he reached such a high AP bonus from his passive. BUT in ARAM this garbage champ is purely unbalanced and needs to be gutted.

He's a bit overtuned, but nothing alarming.

Jungle is overpowered at the moment, so champs like Veigar and Nasus got some really heavy buffs to compensate for their 'useless-when-camped' kits. Like, imagine if they other team had Khazix Veigar would have been 3/10 instead
