If you are that afraid of her dominating in competitive play again then just rework her even if it's a little rework. This buff is a waste of resources and time, it will do nothing, just like Tristana's buffs did nothing. You can't bring a champ out of the 45-46% range without a real legitimate buff.
ankoanko191 votes????????? How is this not a real buff? Did you miss out the part where her passive will deal 50-100% bonus dmg? hello? this is an insane lategame buff. She went up 49%, she went down again but that was more due to higher amounts of players.
