Can we devote creative skin effort to champions who are still lacking in skins?

Skins are expensive as fuck but I cant help but see so many champs who have only 1 or 2 skins (from release date) and haven't been touched

's 1 skin is fugly and has had no love

has one skin and it looks ok

has had basically no love since release, aside from tyrant swain. Admittedly ive been a bit biased since hes my favorite, but come on 5 years since a skin??

Mostly chroma's, only good skin is Warlord shen (that isn't limited time only)

Only one skin (Black korra with some voice changes)

I could go on. I avoided mentioning the newer characters because they were just released.

But I see time and time again, "Oh boy, 's 11th skin" or whatever, and its irritating seeing all these characters with only 1 skin and usually they arent even a good skin either.

I like that youre giving love to popular characters, directing more effort where its needed seems appropriate no?
