Get any of these champs fed enough and they can melt a squishy without needing ult. Same for Fizz. (Look up some Fizz videos, he typically needs to do early trades to wear an enemy down before going all in for a kill, typical assassin fashion. It's not until he has a few items under his belt that he can melt anyone, again typical assassin.)
As I said, he's not op, just toxic.

Oh, look how easy it is to say something like this without backing it up at all! No wonder so many people do it...
But pray tell, what makes Fizz special compared to these other assassins? Why does he not need his ult while all of these champs need theirs (with qualifiers).
Igotlazy3 votesKha'zix can easily assassinate without his ult. Outside of the obvious run away/catch up it's mostly used in a duels for disorientating your opponent and waiting for your CDs. Not required for the kill usually. I all the ones you said aren't Assassin have "Assassin listed as their secondary champion role and do have Assassin-esque play styles. While Poppy's ult does provide a nice damage boost it isn't always needed. A good Wall Stun on a 40% health target can sometimes get the job done. Rengar can easily kill without his ult. Especially in lane.

Do you even know what those words mean, or are you using them the same way you'd use "Toxic", "Anti-fun", "Overpowered" and "Binary"?

Rengar needs his ult if he wants to get close otherwhise he just gets kited
Pantheon, Xin Zhao, Lee Sin are bruisers.
Riven isn't even an assassin.
Twitch is not an assassin, he's only tagged lile it because he has stealth, riot tagging system sucks and shouldn't be taken seriously.
Riot tags mean nothing, only assassins are Talon, Zed, Akali, Fizz, Leblanc, Ahri, Kha, Rengar.
He just needs DFG w and q to kill a squishy target.
