Shock horror is this the first unpopular opinion thread to grace the boards!?!
Many of its major users already have in built armour pen/armour shred/% hp damage already within kits (darius garen poppy ect)
Adcs have access to lastwhisper to pierce armour stackers and botrk to deal with armour stackers
Gut tank damage and let tanks be tanky by reworking bc or simply ridding us of this item.

A handful of fighters do. A small handful. Furthermore, BC's value comes from the stat combination and the improve Rage passive, plus the fact that it's a pen item for your whole team to benefit from.
Don't blame BC because all the new tanks are awful designs

I don't think it is redundant. I just think it.... is weak atm. A lot of juggernauts used to use it. It's got a purpose and is a hella good set of stats, but I think it's just weak atm.

decide that champ who already built the item (like 
) should get it from free and just flat fucking added the passive to thier kit
or it was "too weak" so they buff
