first game back in ranked in a month

i ask for jungle, first pick says no pick order noob locks in his champ. that's fine then the game starts. first pick jungle ganks other lanes very rarely while xin zhao is ganking up a storm. jungle sits there raging at everyone for losing. then he refuses to help anyone, namely by following them(me) to go help bot who's getting ganked, then turns around and backs at full hp. he then proceeds to laugh spam in base all game.

i don't get it man. why do people do that in RANKED games?
