We need a new hp/armor item

Right now theres just sunfire(bad for ad ratio based champs who need a stack of stats and not the passive) and randuins(not the best item, clunky to build) which is okay but its the only other option.

Then theres warmogs but again AD based champs who build lifesteal arent looking for that hp/5 thats worth a ton of the gold efficiency, even if it is a very generous amount of hp5

All we need is a health/armor item with a passive that helps all champions instead of just tanks. Maybe an active MS buff or a passive ms boost(6 or 8%). basically if im playing yi/trynd/gp/riven/garen/darius/lee/all bruisers id rather have a more offensive or utility based passive on my armor/hp stack item than just a defensive boost, id rather have something versatile that SYNERGIZES with my offensive capabilities.

I won't spoil any details, but there may or may not be an existing item that's getting it's stats completely changed to HP/Armor/CDR in the future.

As a hint to what item: It is an item you never see. On any champion. Ever.
