Duo Jungle Meta>Support Meta

Can you be more specific? Do you mean that the practice of having the toplaner jungle along with the jungler for a few camps before going top is more prevalent than having a support? Because that seems blatantly untrue. I don't think that the meta of what champions are top or jungle is SHAPED by who's the best at duo-jungling, so I wouldn't call it a meta, really. I'm interested in what you're trying to say, I'm just not sure that I'm understanding it properly.
