Sejuani is broken afaik

she has unlimited cc? oh please. her cc is entirely dependant on her cooldowns and teamperformances and to actually hit it. Sejuani's permafrost passive stacks can only be applied if the active ability is off cooldown, her W is just basically 2 skillshots instead of an AA reset and both are quite hard to land against average Players and above. her Q is literally the same and her ult is partly the same. yeah she applies the freeze effect too from it, but what's changed is that instead of a one trick cc burst it is now a more balances useful component of her kit that is useful even if the stun Fails to hit.

sure, she has a lot of cc, but if you do the maths correctly her CC has remained the same except for one stun more. a knock up, a slow, attack damage and the stun ult. she only now has her slow moved from her E to her R and her E was given a stun too, in prospect thats all that changed

lol she has no reliable aoe slow her aoe knock up on Q was removed her E passive is basically non applicable on anyone who has a shred of mobility. or god forbid a slow.... (yes i know don't tell me im saying it anyway)

I wouldn't say she's broken but Her CC is Crazy, they did lower her passive , and the first minutes of the game she's not that great, but mid to late game she's a beast on the right team comp and players, the build I use is Warmongs, Iceborn, and/or deadmans / tri force, and lemme tell you. She's unstoppable at that point. Her coolsowns are so low, Q into someone , W,E, and hit them , then R to freeze again and by that time you can knock them up again. It's a endless chain of cc, plus your teammates autos also help with stacks allowing you to freeze others in steam fights, I wouldn't say she's unstoppable tho. Def good in the right hands like I said. I've carries countless teams with her,
