Nerf Varus instead of ruining rageblade

Ruining it for everyone???

It'll open up the item for melee champions like Aatrox, Vi, Xin, Yi or whoever has on-hit passive. Melee struggled to purchase this item because of the hit prerequisite and AP was useless on many of them.

Also it'll still be a viable item choice for any on-hit adc like Kog, Vayne and Varus.

How come whenever a champion abuses an item people say that the item should be nerfed and not the champ, but all of a sudden, everyone wants the champ nerfed and not guinsoos lmao. Sometimes it's not even with items. Example: Ezreal's abuse of Kleptomancy, everyone was calling for klepto to be nerfed when it was really ezreal that needed to be nerfed. Now it's the exact opposite. Make up your mind.

Which champs is it ruined for?

Really the only champ I think it got gutted from would be now I can build it on 2nd item or 5th or 6th item.

By ruining it for everyone you mean champions that should not build it in the first place another item stolen by filthy adc's
