are we going to fix kha zix + duskblade rush or no?

are we going to ignore that kha zix can proc the item passive 3-4 times (if they survive LUL) on a single target with a bush jump and his ultimate. you are practically adding about 700 damage to kha zix ult. how is this okay?

I mean. we're adding 700+ damage to a kha zix cobo mid game. from just. the item passive. this is just the passive.

are we adding in internal cooldown for it anytime soon. kha zix has been a meta jungler for two years and he doesn't need a massive buff like this anyway.

you have zed. that can proc it normaly once. talon. once or twice. and you have rengar. that also can proc it once.

and then you have kha zix. that can proc it 3 times.

I mean this isn't a special condition. that happens every time he uses his ult. you have the engage. 1 proc. first ult charge. 1 proc. and the second ult charge. 3 procs. I mean hes doing about 2 healthbars worth of damage with just 1 item. at early game. hes rushing it fore the jg item.
