I don't see what's wrong with that match up..? None of those are low elo vs high elo. It's equally mid elo on both sides.

The Gold IV player has a very high winrate (probably a smurf) so their MMR is much higher than their rank.

Evelyn and Janna were duo and according to the bad matchmaking being duo is like super advantageous. I wonder how the game would have ended if it was played.

I don't really see any bad matchmaking here. Diamond 4 is one division above plat 1.

Only the G4** obvious smurf** duo'd with the other **obvious smurf ** makes it look like there's something wrong.

You do realize winning over 75% of your first 50 games gives you a HUGE bump in MMR, right?

The earlier the game, the more weight it has.
