I understand that this game isn’t in a good spot right now, and it really needs some fixing, but I can’t seriously be the only person right now who is actually having fun playing League.
Maybe it’s because I’m silver, so rank really doesn’t mean that much, but apart from that I’m enjoying the game.
Completely agree with all the negative posts, though. This game’s in a pretty shit spot.

As a result the boards are mostly filled with complaints, which causes content players to leave, while reinforcing the negative mentality many users have, which leads to more complaints and so on.

Illaoi is a juggernaut and she can flash into the middle of your entire team, e, w, w penta kill. In lane she just snipes you down with e and q. 1st off. Conq doesnt do shit in lane. 2nd. Morde laning phase is kinda ass. He gets screwed by pretty much anything unless you let him poke you for free now that hes not ridiculously overstat.

It IS useful in lane. It gives bonus damage, true damage, and most importantly, sustain.

Oh wow! Auto your lane opponent 5 times while they unload their combo on you and proc conq and they disengage so you lose the trade miserably! Amazing idea! I legitimately dont know why high elo players dont auto 5 times in a trade before using abilites!

Q, w, qe, q (his usual lane combo) gives him 4 stacks and blows his chance to reset his auto timer. Next auto is his passive (conq proc) and you know what he has left? Nothing. Autos. Or no, wait, should i autoattack 5 times before using my abilities?

If so, you can give me as many anecdotal examples from silver as you want, but you cant ignore the fact that it got nerfed 3 times (adaptive force twice, conversion to true damage and healing once) and now all of its users are being buffed because they are underperforming. Darius, jax, fiora, aatrox, kled, illaoi (overbuff), renekton... Im pretty sure that "conq is broken" is a valid argument, let alone "conq js broken in lane"

Darius, for example, can proc conq at the same time he procs hemorrhage 5 stacks.

Tanerian3 votesOnly a small % of a player base uses a games' forum. Most people who use a games forum do so to complain. People who are happy, wont generally take the time to log into a forum.
Same thing for restaurant reviews. They almost always make the place sound awful, because people who are mad are more motivated to leave a review than someone who enjoyed their meal.
Most forums for a game make the community seem toxic, and the game seem like it's full of awful bugs/balance/problems.
The vast majority of league players are enjoying themselves just like you. They just have no reason to post about it here

That is why you usually see more negative posts than positive ones in pretty much every game forum. When you don't like something, you will want to vent your frustrations and offer solutions. When you like something, you want to spend every bit of time that you still have with it instead of talking about it.

Cultivates a pretty negative atmosphere when it reality the League of Legends playerbase is not unanimously unsatisfied with the state of the game. They're just playing the game and talking elsewhere instead of hopping on the boards to submit whatever complaint they have.
(Some areas such as Story, Art & Sound are exceptions to this because people aren't posting complaints there frequently because there's not much to complain about in that department, so it's a much more positive subset of the overall League population simply by nature of the subject of that part of the baords)
