This is the good crit ad rush item that crit ads need, if this existed in SR it would make a lot of the trash tier crit adcs like tristana, jinx and others more playable.

crit adcs are shit atm because they have no utility to bring before their 4 items, jinx utility is garbage same for draven and twitch Tristana is perfectly fine, if you don't win with her then it's your problem

Tristana is garbage in lane because she cannot manage waves (auto push with E passive) and because she has to go into melee range to actually win a 2v2 (lol do that against any half brained support).
Even jinx is better than tristana because jinx atleast does something if the game goes into the 4 item territory, tristana has a bad lane, bad mid game and is outscaled late game, self peel doesnt matter when the champ is trash.

What AA based adc (not sure Draven counts because of his Q) isn't supposed to have a bad laning phase? They are heavily tied to their stats more than caster ADCs. Vayne, Jinx, and Tristana need three stats (crit, AS, and AD) to actually function, forcing them to be later game oriented, while casters like Lucian (when he's good), Draven, and Jhin can function just as fine off of straight AD, thus giving them better early games.

Because outside of Corki or Ezreal, I can't think of any that cannot work with crit.
