daily petition to spam mastery emote in champ select

I have mastery 7 of draven and I earned that shit. Other people have higher mastery points, but I have the most mastery emote spams. That alone shoudl get me mastery lvl 8. Peteition riot to give us abiltty to demonstarate mastery even before we dick them with driaven.
