riot - redemption does not need the 10% hp true damage
change it to magic damage or remove it completely

Riot kinda ran themselves into a corner with damage like that. It's true damage because if it was magic damage, then it'd proc with anything requiring magic damage like magic pen I'd go for something like semi-true damage Where it is true damage, for all intent and purposes, but is affected by 25% of both armour and MR combined (if the % is too high then arguably balances weird vs squishies compared to tanks) so it'd be like 12% of target's max hp as semi-true damage against someone with 4000hp+120AR&MR thats like 300 damage (like 7.5% in total) while someone with 1500hp+60AR&MR is like 158~ damage (like 9.2% in total) Plus wouldn't be affected by magic pen or anything else that true damage ignores.
I know this is kinda offtopic a little, but I just thought I'd share some math that could strike even.
