Theres an entire 1% difference in win rate at 20 min, which is the reason I make this assertion. Draven has a blatantly unfair snowball passive that no one really likes. Hes not even the hardest snowballing adc. WTF?
Slythion2 votesMy guess? Lucian is much more mobile and difficult to shut down, benefits from the changes to Essence Reaver + CDR loads better than Draven, and is able to trade better with his abilities.
Draven may have his passive, but Lucian has the meta.

The average win rate is 50% obviously. Lucians win rate is about 54% after snowballing. Dravens is 53%. That means that lucian snowballs 33% more effectivly than draven.
