What is it better to rush, 
or 
on Fiora? I rushed TF my last game and did pretty well, of course I was going against a Veigar top lane and I held my own. In terms of winning lane he won as he got my turret first since I roamed a little, but in kill wise I was better, and their Fiora was mid lane, and I ended up doing better than she did and she got Hydra first. What is your opinion?
Critmaster Garen2 votesi dont think triforce is that good of an item for her at all. its not bad, but compared to how well she scales with cdr, cleaver seems like a much better choice.
but from what ive seen, hydra seems to be the best item to rush first. just because of the raw ad, waveclear, lifesteal and auto attack reset.
on her own, fiora has terrible waveclear. but other than that the first items id build on her would be 
for 40% cdr.
then into 
this gives overall a lot of raw ad, cdr and defensive stats. even some mobility from the cleaver.
