Reduce the cooldown of Boomerang blade as it levels up.

Currently Sivir's Boomerang Blade has a fixed cooldown of 9 seconds. I feel like Sivir needs the option to be played more AD-casterish considering her low range and poor steroids.

I'ld suggest to change the 9 seconds to 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6s so investing into CDR allows her to consistently use it within a teamfight.

MAXIMUM PHYSICAL DAMAGE (SINGLE TARGET): 194.25 (+ 203.5% AD) (+ 92.5% AP) every 3.6 seconds seems a tad too ridiculous honestly. I guess you could argue that much damage every 4.6 seconds is equally ridiculous, so if you manage to get 40% CDR on Sivir its mostly pointless to shave 3 more seconds off of her ability.

Also, 40% CDR would be less efficient to build on a 6 second Q compared to a 9 second Q because you shave off less.

lol dont mind me just debating with myself

MAXIMUM PHYSICAL DAMAGE (SINGLE TARGET): 46.25 / 83.25 / 120.25 / 159.1 / 194.25 (+ 129.5 / 148 / 166.5 / 185 / 203.5% AD) (+ 92.5% AP) every 3.6 seconds seems a tad too ridiculous.

You are forgetting that lategame is not about spells but about crits for ADCs. Also not that you are considering max CDR. How often does an ADC have max CDR? Sivir Boomerang Blade has barely any advantage over auto attacking in teamfights once you finished IE. Considering how long range other ADCs have I think it's just fair to allow her to make use of her Boomerang Blade to extend her range, even if the damage is inferior to crits.

My main point was that reducing the CD doesn't really fix any of her issues. It just makes her spam her Q non crit ability more often. If ADCs are all about crits then why buff her non crit aspects? Why not buff the aspects of her that generate more gameplay rather than "now you can use your already low CD Q even more often!"

How about more MS on her passive? How about some new mechanics like Lucian got that one time to her passive, W or Ultimate so she has more flair?

When you just do things by CDs or damage you make every ADC the same. You create a weird arms race.

I believe that making her Q more flexible coul improve her build variety. Her bouncers apply Black cleaver, sadly Cleaver isn't worth it if it's only to support her team. I believe that lowering CD on her Q might allow her to very her build path slightly, depending on your and your enemies team setup, possibly going for a more mid- than endgame orientated build. Currently the high CD forces her into the classic carry role.

She's playable but sure why not.
