frost shot debuff slow the targets for X amount(debuff 1)
frost arrow attacking targets with this debuff causes ashe to ALWAYS CRIT STRIKE

oops i mean the extra dmg its strange but atleast with what I actually mean she actually has a chance against the champions i mentioned

she basically crits. but does less crit damage depending on how much crit chance she have. they are basically saying is that she has a slow so she shouldn't have both her utility and damage like every other adc. i don't really like that. ashe is really weak right now. the term adc does not include her. she just doesn't put out as much damage as other carries.
Embertine1 votesNo she technically does not crit anymore. However any target she has her slow on takes extra damage based on the amount of crit chance and crit damage she has accumalated. I've gotten her AA to deal 313% normal damage by simply building crit on her and using all crit damage runes. She literally has the highest critical damage percent in game.
