People complain about laning againts Yasuo....what about Heimerdinger?
This champ is oppressing. You can't do squat about his turrets. If you attack them, they attack back. While you're distracted, trying to destroy them, 
gets easy poke on you.
You can't get ganks from your jg. If they do gank, they are likely to die as they enter his death trap. As you help you jg gank , you might even kill in the process, but it is highly like even after he died, his turrets will get you.
Its hard to poke from range using skill shots as he can stand behind his turrets using them as a shield.
He is always over extending as he knows he will not be ganked and you can't do squat about it. He might even want to be ganked so he can pop zhonyas and watch yall die.
And finally your tower falls as you could not defend it as is always pushing and in your face. Meanwhile heim tower has full health as you did not even scratch it.
And don't even think about fighting him when he returns from base and his turrets have been destroyed, he can easily one shot you with his ult rocket skill. Or lay down his ult turret and pop zhonyas.
I dont think there are many champs who counter .
He is strong in his zone and outside of it. For the lack of mobility, he seems to be overcompensated.
I think its time riot have a good look at him.
is your best pick into a heimer. She can throw his turrets into the brush so they don't help him at all. She's also got decent waveclear to keep him off her tower, plus a ranged stun and a high damage ult to get a jungle gank (plus since you're keeping the lane clear of turrets by picking them up and moving them with her W, your jungle can actually gank).
into him. She's got waveclear to match Heimer's (and hers is dynamic while his is static), she can hit his turrets with her Q and W while they can't hit her back, she can block his E or W with her own E, and she can just build lifesteal and heal back up what damage she takes. It's a lot harder for Heimer to heal in lane.
. He can cast Malefic Visions on Heimer's turrets and use them to recover his own mana. He can outpush Heimerdinger and beat him on his own game. Plus, Heimer is soft enough to be killed by Malzahar's combo.
is one of the very few melee champions who can beat Heimerdinger. He can destroy Heimer's turrets from a distance and his passive give him enough sustain to survive against Heimer's poke. Plus, Cho'Gath can use Heimer's turrets as fodder for his Feast.
I could name more but I would rather play my team builder game.
