@Riot #PBE. Riven buffs very off the mark.
The largest concern Riven players have is her presence in lane and early mid game.
She doesn't need a buff for lategame.

yeah she needs early game buffs not late game buff. shes fine late, early she is literally just awful compared to how she ever was. They nerfed her ult to be 130s level 1 in season 5, when she could get 10% cdr instantly. Now, you don't get that much cdr before you ult so it's ridiculous that the cooldown is still there.
