You wanna know why you're hardstuck silver and gold ?

The game is literally so easy, but players in silver and gold are some of the worst I've ever seen, I don't even wanna know what's going on in bronze and iron. I see "players" going for kills, flashing igniting suiciding... just to get one kill, nothing after that, no objective, just spend everything you have to get one kill and give a kill to the enemy and assist money. How is that worth in your brains, idk, but that happens in literally every game.

Played a game in gold and had a fed hecarim on my team that was doing a fucking ocean dragon 30 mins in, when it was so obvious the enemy team is coming, he still did it and wanted to fight them, he kills one on the enemy team and dies but he thinks he did good... while the enemy team can do baron now freely and win the game. Hecarim exact words were "2 ocean drakes op". While the enemy team did baron and ended the game. Before that he was blindly going in 1v5 to get kills, I literally couldn't get a normal team fight in 35 mins, because someone was always dead or a braindead full tank olaf split pushing for no reason. Every game is the same, 45% win rate "players" doing stupid shit and thinking they're doing something great.

Game is so easy, you only have to play safe, focus on cs, focus on objectives, save your flash sometimes if you can have a big teamfight in the future and use the flash there to get kills BUT also secure objectives later. Why is that so hard to figure out Idk... But I'm tired of this stupid ass players making the game 1000000000x harder than it is.

What's even worse, even when you climb out of that shithole, you get plat and low diamond players stuck in d4 not even trying to win because they get +10/-20 LP and can't demote. What's even even worse, you get riot games that just can't understand how can players get toxic. Jesus christ...

Let's put it this way: in bronze and Iron, people hard focus for kills and neither side really knows enough about wtf to do about it to actually do anything other than go for kills...so it's kind of a potluck of who gets them.

In silver/gold: people know. They can bait, they can set up entire massacres. And someone's going to think they know enough about the game to outplay it. They're greedy. They want a flashy outplay to be like "yeah, check this out, why am I not plat or diamond?!" and often times get the instant gratification and knowledge of why they're not plat or diamond when they int into a 1v4. They rarely have the vision coverage to go for that play, and even when they do, they believe they can try it and expect a different result. They also never try to communicate with the splitpusher until after the fact...whether that fact is "we needed you mid not top, wtf?!" or "how did you not know they were coming, wtf?!" they ALWAYS just push blame to the splitpusher. Sometimes they're right to...but most times a simple ping or "they're moving top" could save the poor bastard, and sometimes a simple "we need you to join us or they're gonna win the fight." can be enough...who am I kidding, this is silver and everyone's also STUPIDLY TOXIC because THEY KNOW EVERYTHING!

Plat is like gold, except on speed: Some want content for youtube or twitch, but most of them are the actual epitome of what happens when the human ego achieves maximum anal penetration. THEY KNOW EVERYTHING, THEY'RE FUCKING PLAT, and YOU DO NOT TELL THEM HOW TO PLAY, THEY TELL YOU.

why are there so many players that play like they're brand new?

  1. returning players that weren't that good to begin with forgetting how to play at all
  2. new players getting boosted to lv.30 because some idiot thought it was a good idea to reduce exp requirements to lv.30 encouraging players to create multiple smurfs and implementing missions that give ridiculous amount of experience.

which means they had less time to learn the game but hey im lv.30 so i'll just jump straight into ranked with plastic elo mechanics and g et stuck in iron 5 OMEGALUL

to be fair there will always be players that will never learn considering how we usually one shot people at lv.1-3 without giving players time to react with constant cc and cheese but players back then had an actual learning phase since it took alot longer to reach lv.30

While i do agree with the majority there.... i am going to have to shut down the soon to be "we should be able to flame them" thing.

Flaming someone does not make them play better. Being toxic towards them is not going to win the game. Just because you are frustrated does not mean you get to be calling people "stupid Fing re.... you should just uninstall and never play a game again in your life!" Etc.

Not everyone has the same mind for this game that you do. I'd probably find some things mind numbingly easy that you'd find stupidly hard, and visa versa.

What is the point of this post even? It's just sub par quality of a 'climbing tips' that you can get on youtube super easily.

Here's what I find funny:

I see nothing in your post about how you recovered and carried those games.

O Wait. But this kind of decision making happens at EVERY Elo, not just silver.

If you can't carry Silver, you're just as bad as them.

(Not that I really believe that, but I don't appreciate "It's SOOOOO easy."

You know why I'm SIlver on this account?

Because Riot made a new ranking system that rewarded players for playing "Fill" and then renegged on it.

I was 70% win rate for my first 150 games this season. I was fine with the slow climb as "Fill."

And...... then I started getting said trolls, and Riot Reverted the season.

I went from 70% win rate with 21 LP wins 15 LP Losses to 9 LP wins 23 LP losses overnight. Now I'm barely 50%, because just to dig out my MMR, I had to play about 90 more games just to get LP gains stabilized, losing ranks even when winning, and get thrown down to Bronze players who turn every single game into a 1v5.

Reward players that fill? I'm stuck jungle/support every fucking games and I get match into plat/diamond players. I'M placed silver III. This ranking system is a fucking joke.

Did you even play the first 2 months of the Season?

Fill was about 4 times as slow to climb, but it was a reliable climb. About 13-26% Role rate, Double splash LP for a win.

Ugh I didn't, so that really means the game is dying if Riot is forced to fill you 75% of the time -_-.

Or maybe their MMR system is just to be reworked entirely again? Really feels like some TI technician did it without understand the engineers' specifications

It's called QUEUEING Fill.

We had a choice, because that's the system they were implementing this year. At the beginning of March they cancelled it.

Once again you arn't bronze because of the MMR system , you're bronze because you're in denial about your own gameplay and can't accept that you're ever wrong. Literally you sit on here make excuses after excuses , and expect people to believe your bullshit . Bottom line you think you're always right and can't learn from anyone who is better , thats why you can't climb

I have been playing League of Legends since 2012 and I never made it past Gold 1 Im in that same elo right now and I cant get a win, but you know what? Thats fine. I may be too stupid to play the game good enough to reach Platinum, but Im having fun, and isnt that what video games are for?

I had a Yasuo/Lux duo bot lane the other day that spent all game flaming our top and jungle because they were not doing well. Then, when we rotated and took mid tower, instead of following the call to then take rift herald, they Yasuo chased into an unwarded jungle and died.

I was Velkoz mid, and somehow, with like, 8 less kill participation, still managed to have more damage to champions, a better KDA, AND more damage to objectives, namely towers...

The biggest problem though was that you cant tell these people anything. Stop talking about people's mistakes, and start talking about winning the game pls. Otherwise you might as well just mute.
