I get that rito is trying to make mid lane more diverse but they are better off just nerfing the two currently meta champs

just saying, it would save us all a big headache instead of buffing every other midlaner and running the risk of making one of them ridiculously OP.

Once again the person making the thread is deluded into somehow thinking Syndra is a problem.
Syndra has a 47% winrate with a plummeting pickrate in soloque and has fallen off a cliff in terms of play in both the LPL and LCK. She's reached the point where teams aren't even always banning her VS Ian and when she's not banned Ian isn't always picking her, to put that in perspective before Rift Rivals Ian got Syndra once, every other game she was either banned or firstpicked away.
Syndra is not a high priority mid laner right now, the LCS regions are just as always slow to pick up on the meta as forged in China and Korea. Give it one to two weeks and Europe will start prioritising Karma/Corki/Taliyah over Syndra, NA may eventually, more likely however they'll just go into worlds assuming she's strong and get stomped by teams spamming Taliyah.
Spârky2 votesThe problem is we are left with Orianna and Syndra because riot nerfed all the people on top of them. So just constantly nerfing the top champions doesnt help the problem. Hence they are buffing some of the champs that are just on the cusp of being meta picks again. Just because 'you' in particular dont like ekko doesnt warrant them not buffing him.
