The impact of this role is so silly , decides every game. And riot changed jgl so when ur jgler is behind y our jungler is 3 levels behind.

Slow it down. Make the time to clear camps longer in the early game but increase jg xp in my opinion jg should be 1 level higher then bot lane.
Catch up xp was dumb and shouldn't be a thing. If you get behind you should stay behind.
increase spawn rate of camps normalise xp with bottom lane normalise gold with solo lanes decrease drake spawn rate spawn scuttle on both sides of the map all the time reduce scuttle xp bring back smite bonuses on wolves and krugs bring back season 2 leash mechanics bring back heart of gold equivalent for jgl wriggles/feral revival +30hp on cinderhulk
Reduce gold from the outer camps Increase xp share on assist
