That's because you don't understand math, statistics in particular.
It shows only 6.5% of the games are from players with 125+ games of experience.
If 1000 lissandra top games were analysed it means it's around 65 games which is a really small sample size.
If you look at mid lissandra there has a 56% winrate with a 230 games sample size.
This analysis is correct.
I would like to add to it that sometimes the winrate for really experienced players goes down after major changes. They are just so used to playing their champion in a certain way that they take a longer time to adjust. While this doesn't apply to Lissandra at the moment it applied when Veigar was changed and can currently be seen with MF.

haha. logic.
Maybe people get worse as they play her? I find her a fun and strong pick right now. I can build near pure utility mage and still take out a crit stacking adc before they kill me.
It's not that people get worse as they play her. It's that soemone who plays her more is likely to have more games on average than someone who plays her less, and that means they're likely to be more skilled and and will get matched against more skilled opponents. Higher-level opponents know how to deal with Liassandra much easier than lower level players will.
That line was a joke. The sample size is not really large enough to talk about the statistics right now. There are too few players that are highly experienced playing her, and just too few matches with her this patch so far to make a fair judgement. I feel we would need to let it play out a little more. I feel she is a top lane utility mage with a lot to offer, but her spike comes around 3 items or later.
Because she's slow, short ranged, and you need to be in people's faces to use any of her skills.
Also her AP damage is trash.
But if she were to get a buff people will just play her top and thats when QQ syndrome returns.
She's only useful af in team fight situations or ganking.
Because you're playing her top. She has a 56% win rate after 125+ games in mid lane
