I know most people don't like mages being sent bot and I know orianna is a really good spot for mid, but am I the only one who has tried orianna support and found it 10x funner than mid lane and feels so much more rewarding?
her kit fits it nice but I kinda wanna see more into Orianna allowing her to support easier, like more ms along with ap or something even if she has to lose some damage.
She's just so amazing as one

Besides, if you build 
then all of Orianna's abilities slow now, since cc is already built onto Lulu's kit.
stuartk111 votesOrianna is quite boring to play in the mid lane. Not saying that she's not strong, or challenging to play, I just find her really boring. As far as support Orianna goes, it's okay. I would prefer to play someone like Lulu over her though.

Done251 votesIt's not very different from mid lane. Just build her as an AP carry and use your shield to block early harass until you get 3+ points into "Command: Dissonance". A Tear should give you the cheap early game mana you need after you've upgraded Spellthief's Edge into Frostfang.
Trash MammaI1 votesI don't really have a usual build on her I only played it a few times and found it very enjoyable. I know mikaels and arcane censor are nice on her due to mana regain/ap. I guess you could build her as a normal mid with SS

disregardable1 votesShe has no lane presence from low damage and high mana, and if you think 30 extra resistance (at 9) and 120 cooldown knockback count as "utility", you clearly don't main support. Even if she does try to harass she'll hit the creeps. She's great if you hate your ADC, not so great for winning lane.
Trash MammaI2 votesHer AA's + spelltheif is amazing together..her armor/mr + shield are great for her carry the MS boost is also tons helpful when being ganked. The Q is just for harass.
She's like soraka a backline support, you sit in the back and shield the person that needs it then speed up the other etc. It may not be AS GREAT as other supports but it's most definitely viable and works fine.

Orianna support is as "viable" as Ahri ADC and Bard jungle. You're gonna throw and waste everyone's time.

Trash MammaI1 votesAgreed, she just seem really meh early game because of cd's/mana cost but late game it becomes the funnest thing ever in teamfights as you're in the backline controlling the ball you just feel like you're the one controlling the team.
Could just be me but once a teamfight breaks out as support ori I just feel so important lol

Penguin Eclipse1 votesI've never had any luck with her bottom. She has a great support kit. But I always runs out of mana so quickly that I am worthless in lane. And from there it is all down hill.
