Every Champ should get AD and AP ratios to diversify their playstyle
Look at Kai'Sa and Varus, for example. You can take them both as normal ADC's, but yawn. If you're looking for a different way to play them, you're allowed to take them full AP!
Instead of simply autoing people to death, Kai'Sa turns into an AP assassin that unleashes a powerful W, blinks in, Q's, etc, and then executes them viciously with her powerful AP passive!
Instead of simply autoing people to death, Varus become an absolute AP tank-shredder that can meticulously do his 3-proc ability combo to absolutely abolish a tank's health! Or even just an AP assassin that Ults from afar for massive damage, uses his E just because, and then Q's to proc the %max health AND the Electrocute (since he's ASSASSIN Varus)!
So many more champs can do this. But sadly, so many champs cannot. Remember when Evelynn could be built with ANYTHING?? Full Crit, Lethality, AP, Tank, On-hit, etc? The old Eve was a great, diverse champ with many distinct build paths and playstyles!
I know there are certain champions, like control mages, or AD bruisers, that are absolutely BORING and unable to be given more than one playstyle, but I could think of a whole ton of champs that could be given mini-reworks to spice up that nice diversity. You know, to make league all the more unpredictable and fun. FUN!! It's a great thing. They wouldn't be big reworks. But average ones. If you could use that mentality to make more champs like Kai'Sa, you'd beasically be releasing two champs every time you make one.
