Make Support Tanks Great Again
- Give relic items +40 MR
- Make
less necessary to upgrade to so soon. Being able to camp out at 
for awhile like the other GI items would be helpful. - Boost the MS by 25% - if we're not sticking to reality for anything else, why make these guys so slow? It's a game with magic. Make them magically faster
- Move Nullifying Orb to the Resolve Tree. Have it added to the Vitality tier (with Unflinching, Revitalize, and Overgrowth)
- Buff health regen out of combat by 50% on tanks.
