Seriously, it is nearly impossible to farm because of his Q. Engaging is hard because of passive and stun. And since his Q doesn't push the lane, you can't actually farm under turret( which is impossible too, because of his passive blocking damage from turret )

Roaming as fiora isn't easy, only if you have teleport , which I didn't
IcyPepper1 votesDon't take ignite against a Pantheon if you're Fiora. Sure, you might snowball if you can get the first kill, but teleport is great for roaming.
BluePolarizer1 votesYou can't beat Pantheon as Fiora assuming equal skill. The way to go is to get early sustain, farm golems/gomp if lane is pushed and when you are strong enough to have Tiamat (your first power spike) roam mid or bot. Do not be afraid to get Tabis or a Warden's Mail if you need to in order to survive. You outscale him since you are autoattack based and he is an AD caster, so all you need to do is survive and farm, don't even think about winning lane. That means if you see Pantheon in the select screen you need to take TP.
ks9161 votesfiora vs panth is a pretty bad match-up but there are very few things you can do. Mostly you have to just try and keep your cs up since you are a better teamfighter, and will out scale him latter. Also in lane pay attention to his mana if he uses Q to poke too much he will go oom and you can go agro the second he does. Third ask your jungle for help since panth is fairly immobile and easy to gank, if your jungler can get you ahead you'll easily take the lane over. Buy plenty of health pots everytime you go backit actually helps quite a bit if your constantly potting up. There is also a kind of cheese I like to do with fiora it sometimes works if the person is unprepared, if you skill E first you can push quite hard and hit lvl 2 first and try for an all in, just be careful to pay attention to minion agro, and how close panth is to lvl 2 (u don't want him hitting two in the middle of your all in). hope this helps
