Is it just for the build path?
Carries ain't building it anyways because it lacks crit, so I assume it's for offtanks.
But offtanks rarerly get the chance to continiously auto attack.
It would be much more desireable on a vast amount of champions if the ASP was cut and replaced by movementspeed, CDR or AD.
Rock Rockburgh2 votesI once built it as a followup to my Boots of Swiftness, Talisman of Ascension, and Twin Shadows on Janna in a bot game, if that helps anything? Gotta go fast.
Phoebos1 votesSometimes I build it for movespeed lulz.
Lord Dusteon1 votesLategame it sometimes replaces boots for adcs.
Otherwise, it's a somewhat niche tenacity AS MS item for those who want it (Irelia, Cho'Gath, and Mundo come to mind).
SOS Tsubaki1 votesWorks great with Udyr :)
