League will NEVER be balanced - Because of Smurfs/Premades.

It is absolutely impossible for Riot to get an accurate reading on the state of the game because smurf accounts exist. You have veteran players killing new players because they want an easy ride and Riot do essentially nothing about this. Botlane is now easily decided by who has a premade and who doesn't and the game is pretty much over at first blood.

Riot should not punish people for leaving games because they've made the meta so toxic and unfun that why would anyone want to subject themselves to continual torture because the enemy team wants to boost their own ego and the allied team have some delusional ego problems that they can win on a 0-5 score at 10 minutes. The game is over... accept it and move on.

This game has become so polarising and awash with favouritism from both the player base and Riot, that it has become a joke. I don't think even (my favourite champion) getting her new passive that we are promised 2 years ago will be enough to bring me back.

Riot lie and manipulate the truth more often then Trump does.
