Why is Riot being so generous to Quinn and Jayce?

Both these champs need to be slammed down with nerfs, especially Jayce

Why is Riot reverting nerfs on PBE but still going through with nerfs for other champs that aren't as problematic?

I don't know about Quinn, but Jayce had his nerfs reverted due to the changes to lethality and BC.

Same for Quinn, actually.

Also, both will be hit next patch with the further nerf to Edge of Night (which loses half its duration, thankfully).

Quinn didnt need nerfs pre season, maby it is just that leathality items are about 400g too cheap for what they do. If leathality items did not exist, Quinn would have to buy more expensive AD items like death's dance, Essence reaver, infinity edge, or blood thirstier.

I mean an old season 6 build has Quinn building item 3087 item 3031 item 3006 core

Idc for either of these champs o O. Always hate it when they're viable but i always like to point put how they both recently had new skins released. Take that however you want but it happens more often than not when new skins are upcoming

Why does Jayce get so much movement speed when he deals most of his damage from range? He even has a targeted gap closer, so it doesn't make sense to me. Add the MS from lethality items and his kiting just becomes silly to deal with.
