Champions that like deadman's plate WITHOUT autoing?

I know of Singed. Who else can/does use it without autoing, but just for the movement speed?

i buy it on every adc when the enemy has a strong ad assasin. works WONDERS for me. specially on Jhin/Draven that i personally favor over every adc. I use it on Graves too in the jungle tho.. ( i prefer randuins but i'm a mobility junkie )

I've used it on Veigar along with a ninja tabi and a banshee's veil. I still had like 800 AP but I was unkillable and hella fast. Twas fun.

It's ok on zac you get even more ms when in ult cause you can't Auto while bouncing

Malphite

He scales off of both of the stats really well (bigger passive shield and more armour because of his W) and it will help him get in close for an engage and he doesn't need the auto part of it at all

Vladimir used to before they adjusted his scalings. For a while, Spirit Visage + Deadman's Plate + Warmog's Armor was a very strong build on him.

Zac can like it for roaming and ganking, but I believe Randuin's Omen is better from a utility/durability perspective.

Singed adores the item for movement speed.

LeeSin and Volibear are great champions for it since they can use the mobility to set up plays for their team.

Other than that, I don't think the item is really that good on most champions.

I also should rephrase that it isn't that I think that item is bad. I just think the additional mobility of the item is largely wasted on MOST champions that would have a tendency to build it (tanks).

The defensive stats for the item are really solid.

While some of these champions DO basic attack, they usually have more powerful CC that cancels out the effects of Deadman's and you don't really use it for damage on anyone (except maybe GP). They use it more for the movement speed to get in position or travel the map faster. (And of course Singed)
