There was a very good reason behind why they separated Zhonya's Ring into Zhonya's Hourglass and Rabadon's Deathcap.

since you brought this item up, i'm not sure why it wasn't removed along with the other TT-specific items that were just replaced a few weeks ago. especially because this is by far the strongest item?
Akali is SO HOT1 votesWooglet's is basically Zhonya's Ring and Riot split that into Deatchcap and Zhonya's because it was hopelessly overpowered so Wooglet's wins every time.
