if you deserve your rank, you'll climb back to where you were
if not, you stay were you really belong

yes but i want to spent my time climbing to where i BELONG.. not spend have the season just to get to where i was at the end of last season
i play at a silver 2 level. in season 3 i got demoted from sliver 1 to silver 2 and stayed steady silver 2 the entire season in season 4 i got placed into bronze 4 and worked my way to silver 4 before the season ended in season 5 i got placed in bronze 3 and worked my way to silver 3 before the seaosn ended in seaosn 6 i got placed in bronze 2 and im currently silver 5 because i just got promoted
granted i probably WILL reach silver 2 this season based on how i manage to climb exactly 5 divisions each season and get demoted 4
but i'm TIRED of spending over half the season just trying to get back to where i was last season.. i want to get to where i BELONG.
i belong in silver 2 it shouldn't take me FOUR season to get to where i belong
im not asking for more.. i just way to PLAY the season in silver 2 and not spend the entire time trying to REACH silver 2.

Every season. That's how seasonal ladders work. If you can climb higher than mid/low Silver MMR then you can get placed in Silver still; hell, if your MMR is good you can literally be promoted in your placement.
