Oi m8s,
So I was going through my match history this morning and I noticed how random the amount of IP I won per game is. I lose a NORM game as 
, with a crap KDA, I earn 239 IP, then I win a RANKED game as Lux, with a beast KDA (12/3/13), but I earn 78 LP....
How does this work? I know it doesn't have to do with me being in a premade or anything, since I played all those games solo... so what is it?
1374342 votesThe base amount of IP you earn (so minus boosts/first win bonus etc) is dependent on 3 things:
If you went 0/14/2 and your team won to a surrender at 20 minutes you would gain the same amount of IP as if you had went 14/0/2 in a 20 minute win.

DeathBurst1 votesThere is also a 150 IP bonus for the "first win of the day" that resets after 22 hours (so not exactly a day).

Friendly Ram1 votesI believe its based on game time. Your yas game was prob first win so 89+150 fw bonus and your lux game probally ended quicker.
