Why can't suspended accounts even visit the client??

You wanna ban me for telling my 3/12/1 top laner to stop insulting our support for not roaming top at the start of that game? Fine.

But I had fucking friends on here - people whose presence I cherished dearly and who cherished me for the not-toxic person they knew me as. Sorry I didn't use Discord enough to add every single person I met on there. I never even got to say goodbye...

Well, at least I still have a few of them on my PBE account, which is Honour 5, ironically enough.

what the heck suspended accounts should totally be able to access the client to at least chat with people...I mean, what are they afraid of? Refunds? Not like you can use the rp/be for anything else or return the rp...

If I'm not mistaken, you can still log into the League Friends companion app on your smartphone to communicate with your friends (at least for 2-week suspensions). If I am mistaken, please let me know, though.
