With the new Warlords on the way....

I decided to think about what champions might still benefit from it will probably still use it, she kites and tumble charges the warlords and now it also gives move speed which will help her kite even more Fiora moves a lot when fighting, lunging and running to proc vitals, the move speed might be a tad bit over kill since she already has a lot of it and fervour is still probably better unless you're in the super rough match ups dashes a lot, can charge it quickly but the movement speed might be wasted fervor is a lot better on Lucian tbh, but considering he has a low cd dash, he might be able to use warlords and the move speed can't hurt since it helps him kite more than he already can either keystones are not that great on her tbh, fervour is terrible with hurricane now but apart from the lifesteal, the move speed might interest her so she can jump faster, not to mention she can charge it pretty fast once she has a few items I mean, if anyone here still plays him as a drain tank marksmen I expect her to probably swap to fervor, but she does kite quite a bit, but probably can't charge it as fast as the others
